Catering

Mouchel can provide a self-delivered or a sub-contracted catering service, or we can work with academies or schools to support or manage a retained catering service. We recognise that school meals are a key aspect of life for pupils, that they impact on their performance and behaviour, and provide a key source of healthy nutrition for many children and young people.

Mouchel works with academies and schools to design a service which meets their needs. We involve Schools Nutrition Advisers who we employ and who work day to day to support this service. Mouchel has been closely involved with the national Healthy Schools programme and we use our insights creatively to ensure that our solutions and services have pupil health and wellbeing at their heart.

In conjunction with our ICT services, Mouchel is also able to install and maintain cashless catering and payments systems within academies and schools.
