Project and programme management
Delivering learning led project management and technical advice.
Mouchel provides support to schools and local authorities on a wide range of capital investment projects. Our work with clients on Building Schools for the Future (BSF) and the primary capital programme has put us at the forefront of educational thinking, and we structure everything we do around Every Child Matters.
Mouchel has considerable experience of project managing conventionally funded and Private Finance Initiative (PFI) projects in education. Our clients range from schools, colleges, and local authorities to banks, investors and Local Education Partnerships in the BSF programme.
As well as the project management of individual projects, Mouchel has experience in managing programmes of works, ranging from large planned maintenance projects in schools to the transformation of schools.
The company has managed PFI projects from the beginning and we now deliver Technical Advisor services to banks and investors. Our ability to manage compliance and quality provides all parties with confidence that these programmes are delivering the needs of all stakeholders.
At the heart is our commitment to securing the best outcomes for children and young people through working in partnership and building relationships. Our focus on outcomes also guarantees a lasting value for money.
