Education services - ICT boy slim

ICT implementation

Mouchel designs and implements Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) infrastructure and specifies and provides user devices for capital projects in education. These projects have included installations in new schools and academies via the Building Schools for the Future (BSF) or PCP programmes, and upgrade and refurbishment investment.

Our solutions are education focussed, and we utilise our skills in defining an ICT and education vision for a school or college which drives the ICT specification and design.  Drawing on our multi-disciplinary capability in capital works, we ensure that ICT solutions are fully co-ordinated with building design.  We have an ‘agnostic’ approach to system specification as we have no constraining links with any software or equipment manufacturers. We design solutions which are specific to current and future needs, making an assessment of all the products available and providing our clients with an assessment and argued case for the solution which we propose.

Our solutions are flexible and can accommodate future change, and we use our ICT support services experience to ensure that they provide a reliable and maintainable platform. We understand that getting the best out of new investment requires a clear approach to change management and a thorough programme of training.
