Design services
Mouchel delivers design services for £300m of schools projects every year. We have a full range of design skills. We can either create complete multidisciplinary teams, project managed from Mouchel resource, or we can provide single skills into a team drawn from different design companies. We work on projects ranging in size from complete new schools to small extensions and maintenance works.
Our main design teams are based in Liverpool, Lincoln, Cambridge, Maidstone and Abingdon. By having designers in these locations, coupled with additional local offices we are able to provide design services throughout the UK.

We manage costs – As we enter a period of constrained budgets, schools will have to take a long term approach combining capital and revenue investment. Our approach combines a real understanding of building lifecycle costs with our unique understanding of energy costs and energy management. |
