Capital projects
Mouchel is active at all levels in almost every capital programme in education in the country. We manage the complex stakeholder interaction required at the outset of a new academy, we design education projects, providing in-depth technical knowledge in every discipline, we manage projects and programmes, and via our Local Education Partnership in Hackney, we have, successfully delivered the Building Schools for the Future (BSF) programme.
Every year Mouchel is responsible for project management and design of £750m of capital projects in education, or approximately 10% of annual capital spend in England.
