Mouchel has provided senior staff to fulfil the role of Building Schools for the Future (BSF) programme director and other senior programme staff on an interim, or long term, basis. This area continues to grow having recently been appointed as interim principal at a Nottingham academy. This resource has been drawn from our most senior people and benefited from our wide experience in managing programmes. Where any issues in strategy, procurement, Partnerships for Schools (PfS) approvals, design and construction, ICT or partnering services occurred, our programme directors found solutions, drawing on the experience of Mouchel colleagues from both the advisory and provider aspects. This experience stands us in good stead for any future programmes that may appear as a result of the James review.
