Education adviser and ICT adviser
Mouchel has provided education advisory support to individual academies, schools and to local authorities in the development and delivery of their Building Schools for the Future (BSF) programmes. We have also provided ICT advisory support through BSF programmes. Advisers have provided support from the earliest stages developing a strategy for change and readiness to deliver, through to the procurement of a Local Education Partnership (LEP) or a construction partner. Our advisers have many years of experience of leading change on projects and programmes as either head teachers, principals, senior local authority officers or ICT professionals. Mouchel has also provided education advisory support through the Partnerships for Schools (PfS) Framework for Education Support Services.
We have and continue to work with academies, schools and local authorities to develop their education vision and their ICT vision, and helped to define what all parties wanted from the programme. Our role has ensured that the programme delivered the best outcome for each school or academy, has supported the local authority requirements, and ensured that bidders understood what was required of them.
