Our values underpin everything we do, including our employee performance and development. We have thefore used them as a basis to create a competency framework which we use to develop our employees. Based on both behavioural and business skills, it provides a flexible approach, allowing you to see there is more than one way you can progress in your career. We also use these competencies in recruitment too, so you can see what we’re looking for right from the start, and we know what you’re capable of when you join us.

Training and support
Information about all our training initatives, including workshops, e-learining and recommended reading are available to all employees through our Training Menu.
Course content is regularly reviewed based on employee feedback so that it remains relevant and up-to-date. We recognise that people learn differently and offer a range of learning options to enable you to learn in the way that best suits you.
