Mouchel WorkSave Pension Plan
Our WorkSave pension plan is provided by Legal & General Assurance Society Ltd. Under the plan you make a minimum contribution and Mouchel match your contribution up to a maximum level according to your grade.
As a member of the personal pension plan, you’ll also receive life assurance which covers you for death in service, amounting to three times your final pensionable salary. You can increase this core benefit as part of your flexible benefits package.
Career break
A career break can provide a great opportunity to broaden your horizons and gain experience or knowledge which will be of benefit both to you as an employee and the company as your employer. This type of break can also provide time for reflection and reassessment of personal priorities and goals, helping you to refocus and re-energise you on your return to work.
As an employer, Mouchel recognises the value of providing this type of support to long serving employees. That’s why our career break policy enables employees with at least two years’ service to take periods of up to three years of unpaid leave for a range of different reasons.
