Group Personal Pension Plan
Our Group Personal Pension Plan is provided by Legal & General Assurance Society Ltd. Under the plan, you make a minimum contribution and we add our contribution as detailed below. Of course, you can make a bigger contribution if you wish, though this won’t affect the amount the company will add.

As a member of the personal pension plan, you’ll also receive Life Assurance which covers you for death in service, amounting to twice your final pensionable salary, or more if increased through Flex , our flexible employee benefits package.
Flex
Flex allows you to tailor your remuneration package for the coming year by picking and choosing benefits to suit you and your lifestyle. We recognise that your lifestyle may change over time, so you get to review your Flex choices on an annual basis.

Mouchel Corporate Discounts Scheme
All employees are also entitled to join the Mouchel Corporate Discounts Scheme once they’ve completed their probationary period. The scheme offers discounts of up to 75% on a range of high-street and consumer brands. Some of these discounts can also be used by your immediate family members.
This is an ‘interactive experience’ that provides you and your family with exclusive access to VIP shopping events and hundreds of unique offers from a wide range of retailers including Electronics, Fashion, Health & Wellness, Motoring, Home & Gardens and much, much more.
It even allows you to recommend the retailers of your choice, sign up for personalised email reminders and invite two special guests to share your exclusive benefits.
