Recruitment process

When you’ve found a role that’s right for you, you must make an application through the job search.

However, to help you with your application and subsequent recruitment processes, these pages should give you an idea of what will happen, when and how.

CV sifting

At the first stage we will be reviewing your CV, paying attention to your qualifications and skills to see how they measure up against the competencies required for the job.   Once a decision has been reached, you’ll receive an email letting you know whether or not you are invited to interview.

Competency interview

Interview

As a minimum you will be required to attend a competency based interview as part of the selection process, during which you will be assessed against the key competencies required for the role.  You will be required to book onto an interview slot through the login page.

 

Assessment centre

Assesment centre

Assessment centres only apply to certain roles and will involve completing a series of tasks related to job applied for - these can include a mixture of presentation, group exercise and fact finding activities.

Offer

Offer

If successful, you should receive a phone call from the recruiting manager. Contracts should then follow in the post.
