Competencies
We’ve used our values to create a competency framework which we use to measure employee performance. We use the competencies in recruitment too, so you can see what we’re looking for right from the start, and we know what you’re capable of when you join us. These same dimensions are used to assess your performance in the job throughout your career with Mouchel.

Training and support
Information about all our training courses is available to all employees. Course content is regularly reviewed based on employee feedback so that it remains relevant and up-to-date. We recognise that people learn differently and offer a range of learning options to enable you to learn in the way that best suits you.
