Our Management Consulting business has developed a formidable reputation over the years. We may still be one of the UK's largest construction project managers, but our capabilities have taken us well beyond this arena.
We now offer strategic consultancy for the construction industry; project and programme management; financial and commercial consultancy; business improvement and transformation services; procurement and technical consultancy; as well as a number of ICT consultancy services.
Our expertise is now called upon by many sectors - from education, local authorities and health to aviation, blue-chips and commercial developers. This is reflected in the diversity of our project work.
Take last year, for instance. While one of our teams managed the fit-out of Transport for London's new state-of-the-art HQ last year, another liaised with 23,000 schools as part of the National Healthy Schools programme. It's this kind of variety that makes a career here so stimulating and exciting.
