Our development programme has been designed to get you up-to-speed in no time. Much of the training will be on-the-job with real hands-on technical projects and responsibility. This will be complemented by specific courses to develop your skills in communication, project management, report writing and other key areas. You'll also attend monthly learning forums to keep your skills topped up.

It’s likely you’ll begin studying for your professional qualification within a year of joining the Academy. As you approach the end of the 18-month programme, you’ll attend a development centre where we’ll set out a clear career path for you. The training doesn’t stop there however. There’ll be plenty of learning opportunities and support in years two, three and four as you work towards completing your professional studies.
