Richard Cuthbert
Chief Executive
Richard joined Parkman Group as Chief Executive in April 2002 and continued in this role following the merger of Mouchel plc and Parkman Group plc in September 2003. Prior to joining Parkman Group plc in 2002 he was a senior director and a member of the Group Executive at WS Atkins plc. Richard is a Chartered Civil Engineer with extensive experience in the management of consultancy and outsourcing businesses in the UK and overseas.
Kevin Young
Group Finance Director
Kevin joined Mouchel as Finance Director in 1998 and continued in this role following the merger of Mouchel plc and Parkman Group plc in September 2003. Prior to joining Mouchel plc, he was Group Financial Controller and Finance Director of the Consumer Logistics Division of Transport Development Group. Kevin is a Chartered Accountant who qualified and trained with Price Waterhouse.
Amanda Massie
Group Company Secretary
Amanda joined the Group in October 2004. She was previously Group Company Secretary of WS Atkins plc and a member of their Group Executive. Prior to WS Atkins, she worked in the City as Company Secretary for a group of insurance companies. Amanda is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
Keith Jackson
Managing Director, Highways.
Keith has over 30 years’ experience, much of which has been gained in the management of highway and transportation activities. From 1998 Keith led Mouchel’s highways division, working primarily on contracts for central government and government agencies.
In 2006 he became responsible for Mouchel’s entire highways business; a portfolio of central and local government commissions involving design, network management and operations. This includes the company’s joint venture activities in maintenance contracting.
Piers Clark
Managing Director, Regulated Industries.
Piers joined Mouchel in November 2005 from WS Atkins plc where he held positions as Head of Research, New Ventures Director and Managing Director of the water business.
Prior to joining WS Atkins, Piers worked for Essex Water and United Utilities. Piers has a PhD in Civil and Environmental Engineering, and is a member of the Chartered Institution for Water and Environmental Management.
Ruth Mundy
Director, Human Resources.
Ruth joined Mouchel in September 2004 having worked for a number of organisations in senior HR positions. She was previously UK Human Resources Director for Jones Lang LaSalle where she was involved in their post-merger transition process.
Prior to that, Ruth worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers as Head of HR for one of their consultancy business streams. She has also held positions with Coopers & Lybrand, the BBC and BP.
Mark Campbell
Managing Director, Management Consultancy
Mark has spent over 20 years working in and for the public sector. Before joining Mouchel he was CEO of Hedra and a partner in KPMG Consulting (latterly Managing Director of Atos KPMG Consulting), where he had overall responsibility for local and central government services.
Steven Morriss
Managing Director, Government and Business Services
Steven comes from a civil engineering background, having spent the early years of his career at Atkins – where he became MD of its nuclear power business – before leaving to join Serco about four years ago and then joining Mouchel in March 2008
