Grant Rumbles
Chief Executive
Grant joined Mouchel in 2011. His most recent role was that of chief executive officer at Exova, an international Testing, Advisory and Assurance services’ business where he worked from 2008 to 2011. Previously he was with Serco plc for 25 years where he held a range of senior management positions, culminating in his last four years as the group chief operating officer. He was also a Board member of Serco Group plc. Grant has extensive experience and knowledge of partnering and delivering outsourced services within the UK and internationally to both public and private sector clients.
Rod Harris
Group Finance Director
Rod was previously Finance Director of Carillion Business Services (2003-10), a £1.3bn business support services division within Carillion Plc. Rod spent his early career in the water industry, having qualified with Robson Rhodes, and then held various finance roles at Johnson Controls (1995-2003), including that of European Financial Controller for Facilities Management.
Simon Godfrey-Arnold
Market Lead Local Government
Simon joined Mouchel through the acquisition of Hornagold & Hills in 2006, where he was a Partner for five years. He has over 20 years experience in consulting, outsourcing and sales across the public and private sectors, most notably Local Government, Education, Health, Transport and Media. He has been Mouchels market lead for Local Government since 2009.
Keith Jackson
Market Lead Highways and Transportation
Keith has over 30 years’ experience, much of which has been gained in the management of highway and transportation activities. From 1998 Keith led Mouchel’s highways division, working primarily on contracts for central government and government agencies.
In 2006 he became responsible for Mouchel’s entire highways business; a portfolio of central and local government commissions involving design, network management and operations. This includes the company’s joint venture activities in maintenance contracting.
Ruth Mundy
Director, Human Resources.
Ruth joined Mouchel in September 2004 having worked for a number of organisations in senior HR positions. She was previously UK Human Resources Director for Jones Lang LaSalle where she was involved in their post-merger transition process.
Prior to that, Ruth worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers as Head of HR for one of their consultancy business streams. She has also held positions with Coopers & Lybrand, the BBC and BP.
John Sillitoe
Delivery, Transformation and Solutions Director
John joined Mouchel in 2008. John joined from Serco where he was responsible for delivering shared technology services to local authorities and the private sector. He has held international corporate roles including global CIO for Bombardier Transportation. John has an engineering background and has delivered capital programmes in defence, rail and nuclear power.
