Housing and estate management

We provide comprehensive tenancy, leasehold and estate management services for social landlords and act as landlord agent in relation to tenants' and leaseholders' rights and duties.

We also provide specialist services and strategic housing advice in relation to improving the quality of life and environment for neighbourhoods and communities.

We are a team of experienced housing and regeneration professionals, providing professional and sensitive housing management with commercial flair and customer focus. We offer industry leading expertise in many housing and regeneration issues, for example, community safety and tackling anti-social behaviour.

A single source of social housing management and strategic housing expertise allow our clients to: focus on their strategic and policy role without the distractions of day to day management; to secure savings and high quality landlord services; and draw flexibly on a wide range of additional expertise.

The team has a unique ability to provide a flexible service offer to meet particular client needs by combining housing management services and/or strategic housing advice with related expertise from around the Mouchel Group in, for example, environmental protection, transportation, utilities, project management, management consultancy and urban design.

We bring experience of developing and delivering the benefits of partnering and other joint working and joint venture approaches.

We provide a range of estate management and valuation services. These services have developed around a number of term contracts with key local authority clients.  From this foundation, our practice has broadened its client base and scope of work to encompass both national and local government work.
